Kelly Merryman Turner
Hello and welcome! I’m Kelly, a sound healer, yoga teacher, energy healer and spiritual guide. I offer virtual programs and sessions worldwide and in-person in Los Angeles.
Sound is the foundation of everything in the universe including you. At the energetic level, you are sound waves radiating an electromagnetic field— your unique frequency. Your true frequency is your most natural, blissful state and your highest vibration.
Think of your body as a finely tuned instrument. As we move through the challenges of life, our frequencies can become distorted by our experiences and environment. Stress, subconscious conditioning, pain and trauma lower our vibration and create dissonance, or dis-ease.
By tuning your frequency into harmonic resonance, you can become your own greatest healer.
Yoga, reiki, sound healing, breathwork and meditation are powerful frequency healers. They can quickly transform your emotional state, relieve stress and anxiety, and bring you back into harmony and alignment.
